Delete your Glifizz account
Request deletion of your Glifizz account (com.glifizz.app) and its associated saved profile and preparation preferences. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Manual, verified process. Opening an email draft does not submit a request or delete an account. Send the message, then we verify ownership and confirm completion by email within 30 days of a verified request.
1. Send a request
Email glifizz.app@gmail.com from your registered account address, with the subject Delete my Glifizz account. State which account you want deleted. If you cannot access that address, describe the issue; support will agree on a suitable ownership check.
If no email app opens, copy the address and subject into your preferred email service and send it there.
2. Verify ownership
We reply to the registered address or agree on another appropriate check. We will never ask you to send a password, authentication token or email verification code. Do not send identity documents unless a specific justified process has been agreed.
3. Deletion and confirmation
After verification, we delete your Supabase account and associated active Glifizz profile data, including saved exam and preparation duration, and confirm completion. Local session work is separate; sign out/remove local app data on your devices after confirmation. Closing or losing the current lesson session can already discard session-only learning drafts. Uninstalling alone does not delete your server account.
What may remain
Provider/security logs or information required by law may remain for their applicable retention periods. We will explain any exception and duration in our response. We do not claim immediate erasure of all provider records. Read the privacy policy.
